We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing software company headquartered in Riyadh, seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join its product and engineering team. This is a full-time remote opportunity, open to candidates across the MENA region.

About the Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to maintain the highest quality standards across all releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing across multiple platforms.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and release readiness activities.
• Provide quality metrics and reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team setting.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
