QA Engineer – Remote (Australia/Brisbane Time Zone)

Experience Required: 5+ years
Salary Range: AUD 30,000 – 55,000 / year (based on experience)
Notice Period: 15 Days
Shift Timing: AEST (GMT +10:00, Brisbane)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (Payroll & Compliance managed by Compare Club)

📌 Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Strategy – Design & execute test plans (manual, exploratory, regression).
• Manual & Functional Testing – Write, execute & maintain test cases.
• Agile Collaboration – Participate in sprint ceremonies & integrate QA practices.
• Defect Management – Identify, document & track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Automation (Nice to Have) – Support or explore automation with Selenium/Playwright.
• Continuous Improvement – Suggest process improvements & enhance QA efficiency.
• Test Data & Documentation – Maintain accurate records for audits & knowledge sharing.
