SDET Intern

Sprinto invites aspiring engineers to join as SDET Interns, where you’ll actively shape product excellence and contribute directly to impactful features. This immersive role offers hands-on learning in automation, test design, and debugging, as you collaborate closely with experienced developers and QA professionals. The experience is structured to strengthen your technical foundation and practical testing skills—making you project-ready for the world of quality engineering.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain automated tests for web UI, APIs, and integrated services.
• Participate in product requirement discussions and translate them into actionable test plans alongside your mentors.
• Identify opportunities to expand test coverage, proactively surface missing scenarios, and help stabilize flaky tests.
• Execute manual and automated validation for new features, including regression cycles, to ensure robustness.
• Engage with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product) to thoroughly understand workflows and guarantee feature functionality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Foundational experience with programming (JavaScript/Node.js preferred, others such as Python or Java also valuable).
• Curious mindset with a passion for learning how systems function and a drive to adopt automation technologies.
• Familiarity with at least one industry-standard testing or scripting tool (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Jest, PyTest, etc.).
• Solid grasp of software testing principles such as test case creation, assertions, and basic debugging concepts.
• Eagerness to adapt to new tools and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
