About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Automation QA to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering top-quality software solutions.

This role requires a hands-on professional (75% technical) with expertise in coding, automation frameworks, and architecture, combined with team leadership and management skills. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing automation strategies, resolving field issues, and ensuring our products are robust and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy: Define and execute comprehensive automation strategies for UI and API layers.
• Framework Development: Create and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Python with tools like Selenium for UI and Postman/Rest Assured for API testing.
• AI Integration: Explore AI tools to enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Test Execution: Run automated tests, analyze results, and manage defect reporting with high coverage.
• Field Issues Resolution: Collaborate with the support team to address customer-reported issues and enhance product reliability.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage QA engineers, fostering technical growth and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to align with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for automation development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, and Rest Assured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain automation frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced framework development skills.
• Hands-on experience in automation using Java Selenium and API testing.
• Familiarity with AI-based frameworks or tools for automation.
• Ability to guide and mentor teams effectively.
