Automation Test Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Automation Tester with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in web, API, and database automation. You will take ownership of automation initiatives, work in a CI/CD environment (Azure DevOps + GitHub), and actively explore and scale new tools for evolving project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for web, API, and databases using Cypress and Selenium
• Write and maintain robust automation scripts in JavaScript and Java
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• Collaborate within Agile teams, deliver high-quality features, and adapt to new technologies
• Review and optimize test coverage; troubleshoot and resolve automation defects
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members

Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in automation testing (web, API, and DB)
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Cypress and Selenium
• Proficient in JavaScript and Java
• Automation experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps) and version control (Git)
• Quick learner, adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reliable in high-performance delivery
