Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Python and Selenium to join our QA team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for web applications, driving automation best practices, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

This role requires hands-on experience with Pytest, Robot Framework, Page Object Model (POM), CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about test automation, has strong problem-solving skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Python.
• Build reusable and scalable automation scripts leveraging Pytest, Unit Test, or Robot Framework.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in test automation.
• Perform cross-browser and UI responsiveness testing across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads on defect tracking and resolution using tools like Jira and Octane.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins; manage source control with GitHub/Bitbucket.
• Execute both manual and automated testing to validate GUI and functional requirements.
• Contribute to API testing using Postman to validate service endpoints.
• Execute Regression, Functional, Integration, and Accessibility Testing as part of release cycles.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in software testing with a strong focus on UI automation.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Python, Selenium WebDriver
  • Pytest, Unit Test, Robot Framework
  • Page Object Model (POM)
  • Jenkins, Git (GitHub/Bitbucket)
  • API testing (Postman)
• Testing Skills: Manual & Automation Testing, Regression, Functional, and Integration Testing.
• Tools: Jira, Octane, TestRail, IDEs (PyCharm, Visual Studio).
• Frameworks: Proven expertise in building and enhancing Selenium-based automation frameworks.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work in Agile cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Accessibility Testing.
• Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SAML-based automation.
• Familiarity with Xray Jira integration with GitHub and AWS.
