Qualifications & Requirements
- ICC B1 Residential certificate *Candidates not currently holding an ICC B1 Residential certificate Inspector Certification will be required to obtain certification within 6 months from date of hire
- B2 Commercial certificate, or B5 Residential Inspector Certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years construction experience
- Previous experience as Home Inspector, Superintendent, or Assistant Construction manager is preferred
- Reliable transportation, as this position requires daily travel to and from our client’s job sites
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record for minimum of 5 years and adequate auto insurance that meets company compliance ($100,000 bodily injury/$300,000 accident /$100,000 property damage)
- Strong computer and customer service (verbal and written) skills are a must
- OSHA 10 certification
Standard Work Hours
Normal business hours in the field (7:00am to 4:00pm or equivalent). Overtime may be required from time to time by your supervisor, an executive, or at your request in order to accomplish work objectives.
