Position: Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation testing to ensure product quality
• Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and scripts
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail
• Collaborate with dev and product teams to align on requirements and fixes
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing
• Validate networking-related features and ensure ITIL/ITSM compliance
• Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products
• Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
• Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
• Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
