• Execute automation testing to maintain high product quality
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps on quality goals
• Identify edge cases early (e.g., time zones, Unicode, scaling boundaries)
• Enhance CI/CD pipeline integration and test coverage
• Lead root cause analysis of production issues and drive improvements
• Track and report quality metrics (e.g., defect leakage, flaky tests)
• Champion QA process improvements and test architecture evolution
• Participate in agile ceremonies and release retrospectives
• Foster a customer-first mindset and encourage team learning
