🛠 Role Overview – QA Manual Tester
Location: Health tech environment (India)
Experience: 2–4 years (manual QA for web + mobile)
Focus: Manual testing of Orange Health’s digital products, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions in the healthcare domain.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Analyze business & product requirements → design test strategies.

Create, maintain & execute detailed manual test cases.

Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, smoke, and exploratory testing.

Validate REST APIs & backend services (Postman).
-
Log detailed, reproducible bug reports; collaborate with devs for resolution.

Participate in sprint planning, releases, and QA process improvements.

Contribute to test documentation, reporting, metrics, and coverage tracking.
✅ Required Skills

2–4 years of manual testing (web + mobile apps).

Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, STLC, defect management.

Hands-on REST API testing (Postman or similar).

Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail (or similar test management tools).

Good knowledge of test case design techniques & ensuring coverage.

Basic SQL skills for backend validation.

Agile/Scrum experience.

Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
