Role Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and curious QA Manual Tester to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our AI-powered SaaS applications. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to validate features, uncover bugs, and contribute to delivering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Manual Testing: Execute detailed test cases across web and mobile platforms to verify functionality and meet acceptance criteria
• 🐞 Bug Reporting: Document and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, and visual evidence (screenshots/videos)
• 🧠 Exploratory Testing: Creatively explore edge cases and uncover issues beyond scripted scenarios
• ✅ Feature Validation: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and ensure they meet requirements
• 🔁 Regression Testing: Systematically test core workflows to ensure new updates don’t disrupt existing functionality
• 👥 User Perspective: Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements from an end-user standpoint
