QA Automation Tester (Python + Selenium BDD)

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Tester with 7+ years of experience in Python, Selenium, and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow/Behave) for end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects in an Agile environment."

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a small Agile/Scrum team (5–7 members including developers, testers, and specialists).
• Collaborate with Test Manager, Product Managers, BAs, and Developers to assess test scenarios and define test requirements using risk-based testing methodology.
• Plan and perform end-to-end test activities:
• Test strategy, plan, conditions, scripts, data, reporting, and execution.
• Covering Product Test, Integration Test, Technical Test, and Deployment Test.
• Design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).
• Perform Web Application, Web Services, and REST API automation testing.
• Manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
• Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.
• Ensure test delivery assurance while complying with Shell standard tools and frameworks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear test updates and risk reporting.
• Work proactively in ambiguous/uncertain environments, managing risks effectively.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
• Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
• Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
• QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
• Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.
