QA Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior QA Architect with hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of automation best practices, be capable of driving testing strategy, and have worked extensively with Selenium, Playwright, and REST API tools. Experience in mobile automation and mentoring teams is also essential.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in test automation and framework development.
• Strong hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, and REST API automation tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Experience in Mobile Automation using tools like Appium or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and automation principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g.Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
• AI/GenAI Testing & Frameworks - Design and implement testing strategies for AI-powered applications (LLMs, RAG, AI agents), validate model outputs with appropriate metrics, optimize prompts/hyperparameters, and build automation frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
