We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to support UK business hours for one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of experience in Quality Assurance, specializing in automation, API, and database testing, while demonstrating exceptional communication and mentoring abilities.

Compensation & Hours:

• Maximum Salary: ₹11 LPA
• Work Schedule: UK business hours

Key Qualifications & Expertise:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience also considered.
• Experience:
  • At least 7 years in Quality Assurance, including a minimum of 2 years focused on automation, API, and database testing.
• Automation Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• API Testing:
  • Skilled in API testing frameworks: Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI, or similar alternatives.
• Database Testing:
  • Solid understanding of database validation techniques; adept in writing and optimizing SQL queries for test validation.
• Leadership & Agile Processes:
  • Proven capability in managing and mentoring QA teams within Agile environments, driving best practices and project delivery.
• CI/CD Implementation:
  • Expertise in designing, executing, and maintaining automated test integrations in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Version Control:
  • Proficient with Git, SVN, and similar version management tools.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving:
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills for efficient defect identification and resolution.
• Communication:
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are critical for successful client engagement and team leadership.
