Trainee QA (Quality Assurance) | AI-Driven Software

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee QA to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a foundation in software testing within an AI-focused company.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned test plans, cases, and scripts for AI applications.
• Identify, document, and follow up on software bugs and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and data scientists, to ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and automated testing.
• Analyze test outcomes, reporting on performance, reliability, and usability.
• Support automation script development and testing process enhancements.
• Stay informed on industry trends in AI testing and QA best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of software QA concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred).
• Exposure to automation/testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and bug trackers (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is an advantage.
• Basic awareness of AI/ML fundamentals and their role in product testing.
• Analytical, proactive, and strong communicator.
• Team player with a drive to learn in a dynamic, AI-centric work environment.
