Job Description We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist with test automation experience to validate Copilot agents and agentic workflows built on the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role involves designing robust test strategies, building automation frameworks, validating integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure test agents for Copilot workflows
• Develop functional, integration, and UAT test plans
• Automate tests using Selenium, Playwright, or Power Automate Test Studio
• Validate data quality, error handling, and workflow reliability
• Work with governance/compliance teams to translate guidelines into test cases
• Monitor performance and support continuous improvements

Required Skills

• Proven experience in test automation (Selenium / Playwright / Power Automate Test Studio)
• Testing experience with workflows, APIs, M365 apps, or other SaaS platforms
• Strong skills in test data design, defect analysis, and validation
• Ability to interpret QA and compliance instructions and convert them into executable tests

Good to Have

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
