🎓 Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience testing digital banking platforms or enterprise-grade applications
• Strong understanding of banking channels: internet banking, mobile banking, and corporate banking
• Exposure to test automation tools such as Selenium (preferred)
• Familiarity with payment systems, dashboard validations, and file-based transaction workflows
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end digital banking workflows, including dashboards, payment interfaces, and file-based transactions
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across multiple banking platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, development, and business—to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases using test management tools
• Identify, log, and track defects using industry-standard tools like JIRA or HP ALM
• Conduct API testing and verify backend services and data integrity
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production release cycles
• Ensure adherence to banking security protocols and performance benchmarks
