Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies that significantly enhance control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive improvements in quality engineering. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies. - Continuously assess and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java Spring Boot. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Deploy applications in cloud environments using Rancher and Azure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex testing data to drive decision-making. - A proactive learner eager to explore new technologies and methodologies. - A team player who contributes positively to the team dynamics. - A problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle challenges independently. Technical Experience: - 4-5 years of experience in backend development with Java Spring Boot. - Proficiency in Java 11+ and Kafka streams, including Kafka producer and consumer configurations. - Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
