Job Overview
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automated verification and validation of products developed by engineering teams. You bring solid technical expertise in test automation, programming, and test methodologies. You will independently design and execute automation solutions, leverage multiple test tools and techniques, and participate actively in improving test processes. You will also mentor junior engineers, helping to raise the overall team capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks and scripts using tools such as UFT and Selenium.
- Execute comprehensive automated tests to ensure product quality, covering multiple testing levels (functional, regression, integration).
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related technical issues to maintain test effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and implement improvements to automation frameworks and processes.
- Mentor and support junior QA engineers to build their automation skills.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in test automation and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and QA, for integrated testing strategies.
