In this role, you’ll play a vital part in building and maintaining quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—helping us deliver healthcare solutions that make a real difference to patients, providers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct exploratory, functional, and regression testing for web applications

Perform root cause analysis of bugs and write clear, concise defect reports

Collaborate across Agile teams to plan and execute testing activities from requirements to delivery

Author test cases based on user stories and business requirements

Design and write automated test scripts using a C#-based framework for REST APIs

Work closely with engineering and support teams to identify, triage, and resolve software defects

Use SQL for test validation and data verification

Participate in CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Required Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Skills and Experience:
-
4+ years of overall professional experience in QA or software engineering
-
2+ years of experience in software testing (test planning, execution, and bug reporting)
-
2+ years of experience in automating tests for web-based applications and APIs
-
2+ years working in Agile/Scrum development teams

Strong coding skills in at least one high-level language (C# preferred; Java, Python also considered)

Proficiency in SQL for database validation

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Experience with front-end and back-end testing approaches

Experience in healthcare IT or regulated software environments is a plus
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience testing healthcare or medical applications

Understanding of HL7, FHIR, or other health data standards

Exposure to test management tools and automated test reporting systems
