Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. QA Engineer with strong manual and automation testing skills to ensure the highest quality across our software solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, ideal for QA professionals who thrive in fast-paced product-based startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for various web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing across functional, regression, UI/UX, and non-functional scenarios to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium and relevant frameworks.
• Conduct performance and load testing using tools like LoadRunner.
• Manage and track test cases using TestRail, and maintain traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Utilize SQL/MySQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Test and validate features related to SaaS/PaaS platforms, particularly SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, and Work Order Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Actively contribute to continuous process improvement, QA strategy, and project scheduling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ✅ 4–8 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• ✅ Strong expertise in Selenium, TestRail, and LoadRunner.
• ✅ Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL for test data validation.
• ✅ Good knowledge of testing techniques: black-box, white-box, gray-box, and various testing types such as functional, performance, regression, and integration.
• ✅ Familiarity with Appium for mobile automation is a plus.
• ✅ Experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms and modules like SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Work Order Management is preferred.
• ✅ Ability to manage project test schedules and ensure alignment with overall timelines.
• ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-driven agile setup.
