- Test Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Test web applications and customer portals.
- Validate IoT device functionality including smart switches, sensors, IR controllers, gateways, and automation scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Verify communication between devices, cloud servers, and mobile applications.
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Report bugs clearly using screenshots, videos, and detailed reproduction steps.
- Coordinate with developers to verify bug fixes.
- Test firmware updates and device onboarding processes.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
- Maintain test reports and quality documentation.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
- Knowledge of Android, iOS, and web applications.
- Familiarity with mobile app testing.
- Understanding of APIs and Postman is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to reproduce issues consistently.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IoT, Smart Home, MQTT, Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, or Matter protocols.
- Experience with bug tracking tools.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of automation testing tools is a plus.
