Job Title: Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester – Manual & Automation

Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Tester with hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about ensuring high-quality software delivery, identifying bugs, and improving product performance through rigorous testing methods.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using standard tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure product quality.
• Maintain and enhance automation test scripts and frameworks.
• Prepare detailed test plans, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide sign-off on software readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software QA (manual + automation).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or JMeter.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
