About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Project Manager cum Software Tester to join our team for the development and enhancement of our HRMS platform. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in software testing and project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and quality of software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track software development activities and project timelines.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and task boards using Linear.
• Perform manual testing and validate application functionality.
• Execute and monitor testing using appropriate testing tools.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
• Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and reports.
• Ensure software quality and user experience across web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to verify bug fixes and feature implementations.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and testing tools.
• Working knowledge and experience with the Linear platform.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with development teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in testing Laravel-based applications.
• Experience in testing Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking and project management tools.
