Position Summary

We’re seeking a Senior Quality Engineering (QE) Engineer with deep expertise in automation and performance testing to elevate our software quality at scale. You’ll be a subject matter expert in quality practices, designing robust test strategies and frameworks, and collaborating across teams in a CI/CD environment to ensure reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• 🧪 Performance Testing: Lead performance testing using tools like JMeter, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system performance
• 🛠️ Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured
• 📊 Test Strategy & Execution: Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, and backend systems
• 🔍 Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and suggest performance tuning
• 🚀 Innovation & Adoption: Identify and implement emerging testing technologies to improve efficiency
• ✅ End-to-End Coverage: Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all layers of the platform

Preferred Skills & Experience

• ✅ 8+ years in quality engineering with a strong focus on automation and performance testing
• 🧰 Proficiency in JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling and performance monitoring tools
• 💻 Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• 🔄 Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• 🧪 Expertise in functional, regression, integration, GUI, API/web service, and browser compatibility testing
• 📋 Familiarity with Zephyr or similar test management tools
• 🧠 Deep understanding of shift-left testing, test pyramid principles, and software quality best practices

Bonus Skills

• 📈 Exposure to Big Data or AI/ML products
• 🔐 Understanding of security testing concepts (OWASP, DAST, SAST)
