Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Python, Selenium, API Testing)

This role involves ensuring the quality and performance of web applications and APIs through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and a deep understanding of SDLC/STLC processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct thorough API testing and validate backend functionality using tools like Postman or REST API libraries.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to validate data and backend processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to review requirements, identify gaps, and integrate QA best practices early in the SDLC.
• Utilize Git for version control and contribute to CI/CD testing pipelines.
• Participate in test reporting and defect tracking, ensuring clear documentation and actionable feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in QA and automation testing.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, Selenium, SQL, and API testing tools.
• Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Models) and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and JIRA for project tracking.
• Domain knowledge in healthcare/medical applications.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Compensation:
