We are currently seeking a QA Engineer to join our fully remote, globally distributed team. This role is ideal for someone self-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality software in an industry that’s shaping the future of decentralized technology.
You will take ownership of the quality of complex products, collaborate with developers, and drive improvements in testing practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Own quality for assigned projects and features from planning through release.

Develop and maintain test plans for new and existing products.

Collaborate across teams and directly with customers to identify, reproduce, and diagnose issues.

Perform manual and regression testing, verifying bug fixes and feature behavior.

Write, maintain, and expand automated tests using tools such as Cypress.

Analyze system behavior using browser developer tools and network debugging.

Identify non-functional quality issues such as performance or UX inconsistencies.

Proactively monitor internal channels for emergent issues or regressions.

Log and communicate bugs clearly using issue tracking systems.

Support the continual improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks.

Offer technical insight into client/server behaviors and web API debugging.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Cypress.

Strong analytical and investigative skills with a proactive mindset.

Hands-on experience debugging HTML, JSON, API calls, and network traffic.

Familiarity with browser developer tools and ability to distinguish client vs server-side issues.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote team setting.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI-related projects or familiarity with AI testing challenges.

Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and providing actionable design feedback.
