Job Summary:
CareerXperts is hiring a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about product quality and user experience. This role goes beyond traditional testing—focusing on quality strategy, automation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior QA members.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute testing strategies across web, mobile, and backend platforms

Design and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements and edge cases

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA

Continuously improve QA processes and reduce testing cycle times

Conduct root cause analysis and support production issue resolution

Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate a quality-first culture
Requirements:

5–8 years of QA experience with a strong focus on test automation

Experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium

Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages

Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile workflows

Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or automated tools
