Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our product development team. In this role, you’ll ensure software quality through rigorous testing processes, both manual and automated, while working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define test objectives and requirements.

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and API testing.

Execute manual tests and perform exploratory testing to validate new and existing functionality.

Analyze test results to identify defects and recommend process improvements.

Contribute to continuous enhancement of test processes, tools, and methodologies.

Ensure alignment between testing activities and agile project goals and timelines.

Create and maintain product documentation and assist stakeholders with issue resolution.

Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a quality-first mindset across teams.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA or testing roles for software applications.

Experience with unit testing, test-driven development, and functional testing.

Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Git (Bitbucket/GitHub), and test frameworks.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Haves

Experience with UI test automation tools such as Cypress.

Familiarity with BDD methodologies using Cucumber/Gherkin.

Background in web application testing and ERP systems.

Understanding of the Health & Fitness industry.

Experience with hardware peripherals, network troubleshooting, and IntelliJ or similar IDEs.

Relevant certification such as ISTQB is a strong plus.
