Job Overview
Abacus.AI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our remote team. This role is ideal for QA professionals who are passionate about software quality and have a strong focus on blackbox testing. You will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of our AI-driven platform, with blackbox testing accounting for over 70% of your responsibilities. This position requires availability to work until 11:00 AM PST on weekdays to ensure effective collaboration with our U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end blackbox testing, including functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and UI/UX testing.

Design and execute both manual and automated test cases for web-based applications.

Build, maintain, and enhance test automation scripts using industry-standard frameworks and tools.

Collaborate closely with developers and participate in code reviews to support whitebox and integration testing.

Develop and maintain test suites using tools such as LambdaTest, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Identify bugs and usability issues, report them clearly, and follow up through resolution.

Continuously improve testing strategies, processes, and practices to ensure high product quality.
Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing with a strong emphasis on blackbox testing.

Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and LambdaTest.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must be based in India and available to overlap with US Pacific Time Zone until 11:00 AM PST on weekdays.
Compensation
💰 Salary: ₹30,00,000 per annum (30 LPA)
