Candidate must have the experience the following Skills
· Experience in Food/Processing with Minimum 2+ years.
· Experience in online Quality operation & internal quality audits
· Knowledge of quality and food safety requirement including FSMS
Shopfloor, SAP
What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
· Tracking Cost of poor quality, reporting, executing the initiatives to reduce the same.
· Take part in the RCA process, executing the corrective actions and ensure the effectiveness is monitored.
· Daily reporting of Quality KPI.
· Responsible for ensuring food safety systems are in place.
· Responsible for GMP and GHP in the unit.
· Responsible for pest control, calibration of critical equipment in the plant.
· Ensuring Hygiene throughout the plant and personal hygiene.
· Responsible for internal quality audits and coordinating with other stakeholders for the closure of the same.
· Ensuring and conducting internal quality audits and closure of action points derived.
· Ensures compliances during External Audit Management system.
· Responsible for co-coordinating with customer departments like Quality Assurance, Functional departments like Warehouse, Engineering, production, EHS & HR departments for cross functional activities.
· Responsible for SAP related activities in process quality function.
· Should have good knowledge and responsible for preparing functional and system SOP.
· Conducting training to the shop floor team on the process, GMP and Food safety.
What are the Critical success factors for the Role?
· Graduate in science background, preferably B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech or equivalent.
· Experience in Food/Processing with Minimum 2+ years.
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?
· Knowledge of quality and food safety requirement including FSMS requirements, RCA, Training, FSSAI & Legal metrology
· Good quality and analytical capability
· Proficiency if Excel, Power Point & word. Knowledge of SAP preferred.
· Good communication skills, ability to grasp new concept and implement.
