Position: Quality Analyst
Experience: 4–5 Years (Manual & Automation Testing)
Location: Delhi/NCR

Role Summary:
We are seeking a committed and meticulous Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong software testing fundamentals, experience in both manual and automation testing, and exposure to finance domain projects. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accurately translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to validate product quality.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalents.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
• Ensure tests and documentation maintain full coverage and align with business/technical requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Analyze test results and deliver actionable quality reports to stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and QA best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years’ experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or equivalents).
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for test scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for backend/data validation testing.
• Familiarity with Git or equivalent version control systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the finance or banking domain.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• ISTQB or another relevant software testing certification.
