Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications through comprehensive testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform Manual and Automation Testing of web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate APIs using tools such as Postman.
• Perform database validation and backend testing.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
• Prepare detailed QA reports and testing documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA Processes.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Basic SQL knowledge for database testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing is an added advantage.
