Your Impact:

• Design, script, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to validate product quality and performance.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing across diverse projects, using industry-standard tools.
• Investigate, log, and thoroughly document defects with clear reproducibility and actionable insights.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers and product teams to expedite bug resolution and enhance product features.
• Perform regression tests after fixes and product updates, ensuring system stability.
• Validate that software meets core functional, performance, security, and usability expectations.
• Participate in reviews of design and requirements, offering critical evaluations for testability and futureproofing.
• Consistently refine QA processes, adopting new methodologies and technologies as needed.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new testing tools and strategies.

Skills & Experience You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Track record as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or related role.
• Knowledgeable in QA practices, tools, and process optimization.
• Practical experience with automated testing frameworks:
  • Selenium: Selenium Documentation
  • Cypress: Cypress Docs
  • JUnit/TestNG: JUnit 5 User Guide, TestNG Documentation
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum, API testing, SQL queries, and basic debugging.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communicator and a collaborative team player.

Bonus Skills:

• Performance testing experience (e.g., JMeter Guide, LoadRunner Overview)
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Pipeline Docs, GitLab CI Docs)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Training, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Skills Boost)
