Key Highlights of the Role:
- Drive quality control across SAW, SMAW & GMAW welding processes.
- Oversee shot blasting, plasma & laser cutting with world-class standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO documentation & ISO 3834-2.
- Inspect, validate & resolve welding defects using UT, NDT, MT, RT testing.
- Conduct welder training & competency development.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with root-cause solutions.
