As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our AI chatbot products are reliable, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
In this role, you’ll work in a fast-moving startup environment where innovation and quality go hand in hand. You’ll play a critical role in testing and refining generative AI capabilities, driving the development of intelligent systems used by 100,000+ users globally. Your work will span functional testing, performance evaluation, compatibility testing, and regression cycles.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases for AI-driven products.

Perform functional and regression testing to ensure stability and performance across product iterations.

Log, track, and manage bugs from detection through resolution, ensuring clear documentation.

Conduct compatibility tests across a variety of systems, browsers, and devices.

Test and fine-tune generative AI functionalities of conversational chatbot solutions.

Carry out performance and stress testing on critical system components.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams in a Scrum/Agile environment to continuously improve testing strategy.
Preferred Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in manual QA and functional testing.

1–2 years of experience testing AI-based chatbot solutions.

Deep understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and test planning.

Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for quality.
