You'll collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure robust testing is an integral part of the SDLC and that our platforms meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

Verify component, system integration, and application-level features for reliability, performance, and accuracy

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases to enhance coverage and efficiency

Contribute to test frameworks and tools, and continuously improve automation strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, test engineers, and product managers to define effective test strategies

Drive continuous testing across CI/CD pipelines

Identify opportunities for quality improvements and test optimization

Write moderate-level Java or scripting code to automate testing processes

Use source code repositories and test management tools for versioning and traceability
Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience with tools like TestNG, Selenium, Cucumber, FitNesse

Strong programming skills in Java and/or JUnit for test automation

Experience with source control systems such as Git, CVS, or Subversion (SVN)

Working knowledge of SQL for database-level validations

Demonstrated success in building sustainable and scalable automation suites

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Familiarity with agile development environments and test planning tools
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Solid understanding of QA principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset

High attention to detail with the ability to spot process gaps and inefficiencies
