Position: QAOps Engineer (Automation & Performance)
Location: Digital Factory Setting
Employment Type: Full-Time

Mission & Objectives:
As part of the Quality & Performance team, you will architect and execute a robust continuous testing strategy—integrating functional automation, performance/load testing, and CI/CD practices. This role will position you at the core of digital transformation: ensuring scalability, reliability, and sustained excellence across all products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Automated Testing:
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated UI, API, and integration tests utilizing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman.
• Performance Engineering:
  • Build and execute load/performance tests with JMeter, Gatling, or k6 to assess and optimize system scalability.
• CI/CD Integration:
  • Seamlessly integrate automated and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Set up and maintain quality & performance dashboards with Grafana, Prometheus, and data pipelines (ELK Stack).
• Collaboration & Analysis:
  • Work alongside DevOps, Development, and Architecture teams to identify and remedy performance bottlenecks.
• Service Level Management:
  • Define and monitor key indicators (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs) with technical and business stakeholders.
• Culture & Improvement:
  • Promote a QAOps and observability-driven culture, championing teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills & Proficiencies:

• Programming Languages:
  • Skilled in one or more: C#, JavaScript, Python, Java
• Automation Tools:
  • Proficient in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, SpecFlow/Cucumber
• Performance Testing:
  • Hands-on experience with at least one: JMeter, k6, Gatling
• CI/CD Ecosystem:
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Platform/Environment Tools:
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux/Windows operating systems
• Monitoring/Reporting Tools:
  • Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack
• Methodologies:
  • Agile, DevOps, QAOps principles

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in test automation and/or performance engineering.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative by nature.
• Fluent English; professional competency in French preferred.
