We are currently seeking a QA & Testing Lead Analyst (Automation Engineer Lead Analyst) to design, implement, and scale world-class test automation solutions for the Proclaim Claim Engine. You’ll work across agile teams to support end-to-end testing and ensure quality in complex healthcare technology systems.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance and leadership in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA engineers, and system architects to identify test automation opportunities across unit, system, and integration levels.

Develop reusable test automation assets using tools such as Selenium, Python, Cucumber, and BDD/TDD practices.

Champion test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) within Agile teams.

Ensure test automation integrates with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and techniques to optimize automation coverage and reliability.

Enable adoption of test automation within Agile teams through documentation, training, and onboarding support.

Document solutions and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with 1–3 years in automation development within a corporate environment.
