🔍 Job Title: QA Tester – IAM/CIAM & Application Testing

🧾 Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester with strong expertise in CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) workflows and end-to-end application testing. This role requires a solid foundation in both manual and automated testing across modern enterprise applications, especially those built on Java backends and Angular frontends.
You’ll be instrumental in validating critical authentication and access workflows, ensuring system reliability and performance across web and API layers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and stable software products.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Test Planning & Execution:

Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for CIAM features such as registration, login, MFA, SSO, and session handling

Execute functional, integration, and regression tests on web and backend systems

Analyze and validate user stories and requirements for completeness and testability
⚙️ Automation & API Testing:

Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Jasmine, and Karma
-
Perform API testing on RESTful services using tools like Postman or custom scripts
-
Maintain and enhance automation frameworks for both frontend and backend validation
🔐 CIAM & Identity Flow Validation:

Validate end-to-end authentication/authorization flows, including token management, session expiration, and role-based access
-
Conduct integration testing with CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and Transmit Security
📈 Reporting & Collaboration:

Log and manage defects in Jira, ensuring clarity, priority, and timely follow-up

Document test results, strategies, and defect metrics using Confluence
-
Work collaboratively with developers, BAs, DevOps, and other QA engineers in an Agile/Scrum setting
✅ Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of QA/testing experience in enterprise or cloud applications

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Jasmine, Karma
-
Proficiency in CIAM platforms (e.g., Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Transmit Security)

Familiarity with Java backend and Angular frontend environments

Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, OIDC, and identity protocols

Experience in Agile/Scrum development workflows

Excellent communication and documentation skills
