Job Overview
The Career Company | India is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join our dynamic and fast-growing CloudLab Testing team. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web-based applications through both manual and functional testing. You’ll play a vital role in validating user experiences, system functionality, and interface consistency, while working closely with developers, product managers, and designers in an Agile environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of QA experience looking to deepen their knowledge and grow in the software testing domain.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop and execute detailed test cases based on project requirements.

Perform manual testing across multiple environments and browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

Conduct functional, UI, and API testing using tools like Postman.

Document and report defects accurately in tracking tools such as JIRA.

Validate designs against Figma or Adobe design files for consistency and correctness.
💻 Collaboration & Process

Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

Provide actionable feedback to enhance usability and functionality.

Participate in Agile ceremonies with a focus on continuous improvement and product quality.

Independently manage end-to-end testing of assigned features.
🧪 Test Environment & Tools

Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.

Ensure robust test coverage for critical business scenarios.
Required Skills & Experience

0–3 years of experience in manual testing or QA roles.

Strong knowledge of bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Experience with cross-browser testing and Postman for API validation.

Familiarity with design tools like Figma, InDesign, Photoshop (basic level).

Good reading comprehension and intermediate English writing skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a logical problem-solving mindset.

Work Schedule
This position involves rotational shift work, including:

Day 1 (Monday): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Day 2 (Tuesday): 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Day 3 (Wednesday): Off

This rotational pattern continues weekly
