Role Summary:
We seek a skilled QA Analyst with direct experience in Transact production support for corporate lending modules. Your mission: deliver robust quality validation, provide regression and UAT support after go-live, and ensure optimal customer experience through impeccable service assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production defects, create targeted test scenarios, and validate root causes.
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure functional and performance quality.
• Validate fixes, patches, and enhancements in production; resolve service issues within SLA; maintain meticulous defect tracking.
• Lead regression, functional, and performance testing for T24 Lending module changes.
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and oversee effective defect management.
• Perform release readiness assessments, validate environments, and conduct smoke testing.
• Document outcomes, provide QA sign-off, and develop traceability matrices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for efficient defect resolution.
• Uphold rigorous testing standards and quality practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–8 years QA experience in banking, with at least 3 years in Transact testing and production support for SME/corporate lending.
• Deep expertise in T24 Lending modules, workflows, integrations (including Arrangement Architecture AA).
• Proficient in incident testing, regression validation, and supporting production changes.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, ALM, Selenium, Postman, and other QA tools/methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
