Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead (10+ years) to define and drive the agile test strategy for a large-scale Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud rollout across 80+ global markets in 2025–2026.
Operating at the Program/ART level, you will lead cross-functional QA efforts, ensure adherence to C4 standards, and oversee end-to-end quality delivery across multiple interconnected product teams.


Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning

  • Define a modern, agile test strategy across 4 interconnected product teams, ensuring an integrated end-to-end experience.
  • Create high-level test plans for major combined releases, ensuring robust coverage at touchpoints between teams.
  • Establish and enforce testing standards, tools, and automation frameworks aligned with C4 guidelines and SaaS product capabilities.

Execution & Oversight

  • Oversee delivery of testing across team-level and cross-team boundaries (functional, regression, API, UI, integration, performance).
  • Leverage automation frameworks for UI testing, API testing, visual regression testing, and monitoring in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with DevOps leads to implement scalable monitoring and maintenance strategies in production.

Risk & Process Improvement

  • Identify quality risks, create mitigation plans, and establish consistent risk documentation practices.
  • Coach teams on Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Release Quality Criteria.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives from sprint retrospectives and cross-team learnings.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Establish a QA reporting framework using test management tools.
  • Provide transparent, data-driven quality metrics to stakeholders, enabling fast feedback loops and informed release decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in QA/Automation/DevOps with digital technology companies.
  • Proven leadership in defining ART-level test strategies and coaching QA teams in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in test automation (Java, JavaScript, or Python) and tools for functional, regression, API, and performance testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud testing strategies.
  • Experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, EventBridge, Lambda, S3) and monitoring solutions.
  • Proficiency in version control, CI/CD, and test management suites.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with OneTrust and Okta.
  • Background in healthcare or regulated domains.
