🧪 Role Overview: QA Engineer – ETL & Cloud Data Platforms
This is a senior-level QA position designed for professionals with deep expertise in ETL testing, data governance, and cloud ecosystems like AWS and Snowflake. You’ll lead quality assurance efforts for large-scale data initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and automation across modern data pipelines.
🌐 Key Responsibilities
- QA Leadership & Strategy
- Lead QA delivery across ETL, data warehouse, Snowflake, and AWS projects
- Define test strategies and governance frameworks for data testing
- Data Validation & Testing
- Perform profiling, reconciliation, and transformation testing using SQL and automation
- Validate large-scale data accuracy across platforms
- Collaboration & Compliance
- Work with stakeholders via Rally and governance teams to meet acceptance criteria
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards
- Reporting & Automation
- Provide test plans, dashboards, and progress updates
- Partner with DevOps to enhance automation in AWS/Snowflake environments
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
