Key Responsibilities
🔍 Manual Testing & Bug Discovery

Conduct functional, unit, integration, and regression testing for web applications.

Perform exploratory (monkey) testing to detect edge-case bugs, user flow anomalies, or unexpected application behavior.

Focus on UI/UX testing, ensuring optimal usability, consistency, and accessibility.
🧾 Documentation & Reporting

Develop and maintain clear, structured test reports, bug logs, and testing documentation aligned with internal and client standards.

Track, verify, and document defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
🔄 Collaboration & Reproduction

Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce issues, understand feature expectations, and ensure timely resolution of bugs.

Provide usability and user-centered feedback to product stakeholders.
🧪 Optional – Data Engineering Testing Support

Assist in backend data validation, verifying pipelines and data accuracy (training can be provided).

Exposure to tools like Databricks, Azure App Services, or backend environments (React, Node.js) is a bonus.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of manual QA testing experience, especially in web applications.

Proven ability to creatively break applications and detect subtle usability flaws.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and documentation practices.

Familiarity with UI/UX testing principles and basic design heuristics.

Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and communicate findings clearly.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience in Data Engineering (DE) testing or data validation techniques.
