About the Role
Everyday Health Professionals is seeking a CPM QA Engineer to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with development, product, and CPM Marketing teams to ensure MLR compliance, defect-free features, and smooth campaign deployments. This role combines hands-on manual testing with the opportunity to improve QA processes through automation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual end-to-end tests (front-end, back-end, integrated systems) to identify bugs and provide feedback.

Collaborate with product/project teams to create and execute test plans and test cases.

Work within Agile development processes, providing immediate feedback through manual testing and automation.

Write clear and detailed test cases, bug reports, and documentation.

Partner with development and product teams to resolve test failures and defects.

Ensure MLR compliance by flagging site bugs and ensuring accurate metadata in Ziflow, Jira, and Asana.

Support testing efforts for multiple projects, including integration, system, performance, and UAT testing.

Troubleshoot issues with the CPM team for successful campaign deployments.

Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools.

Act as a liaison between the MPT QA team and CP Marketing team.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.

3+ years experience in the software development lifecycle and software testing.

Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and processes.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java, XML, HTTP protocols, and browser debugging tools.

Experience with Jira, GIT, Jenkins, and other bug tracking/source control/release tools.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with designers, developers, and managers.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong documentation skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with proofing systems like Ziflow.

Familiarity with automation and AI-based testing tools for efficiency improvements.
