What are we looking for in a candidate?

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Automation Testing.
• Proven expertise in testing Web-based and Mobile applications across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC with experience in end-to-end QA processes including requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Cypress, Maestro, Selenium, Appium, and Mantis.
• Exposure to AI-powered QA platforms like Mabl, Functionize, or similar tools for intelligent test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and scripting languages used in automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud-based testing.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior QA engineers, conduct reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

What will a candidate be doing with us?

• Take ownership of test planning, automation strategy, and execution for complex projects.
• Design and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient automation suites across web and mobile.
• Implement end-to-end automation coverage with tools like Cypress, Maestro, and Mantis.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven QA solutions (e.g., Mabl, Functionize) to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, introducing innovative testing methods.
• Mentor and support junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in QA automation and AI testing.
