Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.

Conduct regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing across environments.

Identify, document, and track software bugs using tools like Jira or Trello.

Collaborate with developers to verify and validate fixes and feature behavior.

Contribute to QA documentation, testing strategies, and process improvements.
Technical Support

Diagnose and troubleshoot platform issues reported by users or internal teams.

Log and maintain detailed records of bugs, behaviors, and resolutions.

Support release readiness by validating deployment packages and updates.
Project Management

Track QA deliverables and testing milestones in sync with sprint cycles.

Qualifications
