Role Description

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who is comfortable across both manual and automation testing. You’ll own quality across multiple active web and mobile SaaS products — designing test strategy, writing and maintaining automated suites, and catching the issues that automation alone won’t. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you’ll be the person ensuring what we ship works as intended.

What You’ll Do

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases across web and mobile applications, covering functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, and end-to-end) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Confident communicating directly with clients - comfortable running meetings, surfacing concerns, and translating technical findings into clear, reassuring updates.
• Own test planning and strategy for assigned products - defining coverage, edge cases, and acceptance criteria alongside product and engineering.
• Test across platforms: responsive web, iOS, and Android.
• Validate APIs and backend behavior, including data integrity, error handling, and performance.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports and partner with engineers through to resolution.
• Contribute to a culture of quality - improving processes, tooling, and release confidence over time.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in QA, with solid experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium for web, and Appium or similar for mobile.
• Strong API testing skills (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into them.
• Understanding of testing in modern web and app environments.
• Sharp eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing payment flows (Stripe or similar).
• Exposure to performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Experience with multi-tenant or white-label SaaS products.
