We’re seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer (QA) to join our growing QA team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is entrepreneurial, and enjoys working closely with a supportive and approachable senior team.

As part of a scaling organization, you’ll play a key role in shaping quality practices and delivering high-impact solutions for our expanding client base.

🔍 Role Overview

As a Quality Engineer, you will work in an agile environment, contributing to both manual and automated testing efforts. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform through rigorous quality assurance practices.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• ISTQB Certification
• Proven expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

📌 Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for new features and enhancements
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure test coverage
• Contribute to automation frameworks and continuous testing strategies
• Identify and report bugs, and verify fixes
• Maintain documentation and test reports
